LINE RUNNER CRANE WEIGHT SENSOR |
A Line Runner consists of three line rollers. The center one is attached to a load cell and is slightly offset to put a curve in the line. As the line is loaded it attempts to straighten. This puts pressure on the load cell. The scale indicator displays this as load on the hook. An anchored rod with a universal joint keeps the line runner in place. | |
LINE RUNNERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CABLE SIZES FROM 1/2" to 1 1/2". THE SENSOR IS CONNECTED TO THE WEIGHT INDICATOR BY CABLE OR ALTERNATELY BY WIRELESS BROADCAST.
